Infinity Technologies has been our preferred IT partner for years. During my career, I have called them countless times and each time I do, they answer my call with a warm greeting of "how can I help"? My most recent call was with Mike, who not only helped resolve the issue I was calling about, but he also fixed another issue that had been frustrating me while he waited for installs to be complete. This would have been a wonderful experience on its own, but Mike then went a step further and fixed the bothersome issue for another team member as well. I would never use anyone other than Infinity for many reasons - but today my reason is Mike.

My name is Joe M and I operate a small business providing consulting services to healthcare organizations. As you can imagine the regulations regarding being a consultant for healthcare organization are very strict and not being an IT expert I didn’t know how to even begin to go about meeting these requirements so we turned to Infinity Technologies who not only built us a network that is extremely efficient it was cost-effective. To that point one thing I admired most was they work to find solutions within my budget that did not cut corners which told me they are well-versed in the industry and the solutions that are available to small businesses or any business for that matter .
We also subscribed to their help desk services which have been instrumental in Away keeping our operations flowing at maximum capacity. The team at Infinity Technologies is second to none and I am not one to flatter anyone however, it would be an injustice if I did not take this time to make this post. The team is dedicated, robust committed, professional, courteous, well mannered, and highly skilled. I never have to wait to get a help desk professional on the phone and when I do what I appreciate is their security regarding my account and my employees is second to none. I would highly recommend any small, medium, or large business inquire with Infinity Technologies if they are seeking a trustworthy IT support organization or want to build a new network for their business.
